Hybrid IT Services offers a 30 day warranty on work & repairs. This warranty typically covers the specific repair performed. And ensures you that if the same issue arises again - within a specified period of 30 days - we will address it at no additional cost.
How long does it take to repair a computer?
Most software problems can be resolved within 1 -3 hours. If hardware parts need to be replaced (or ordered 1- 3 days at most).
Which areas do you cover?
We provide on-site services in Newcastle upon Tyne and Northumberland. Through remote support, we assist clients throughout the UK
What methods of payment do you accept?
For parts required, Hybrid IT Services requires payment by bank transfer or cash. For labour carried out, we accept cash, credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
