At Hybrid IT, we aim to be clear, honest, and flexible with our pricing. Below is a simple breakdown of how we charge for different types of support. We're not a faceless MSP — we believe in adding real value, not locking you into cookie-cutter contracts.

| Ad-Hoc IT Support (Business) | £100/hour | For one-off work outside a monthly retainer or agreed day rate. |
| Retained Business Support | Discounted Rate | Typically 25% off the hourly rate. Retainers are scoped individually based on needs. |
| Day Rate (Projects) | Negotiated | For larger or scoped business work — get in touch to discuss. |
| Emergency Call-Out | £120/hour | Urgent support outside normal hours (subject to availability). |
